يُعدّ RD Box Limescale نظامًا إلكترونيًا للتحكم في الترسبات الكلسية في إمدادات المياه لديك. فهو يعالج خط المياه نفسه، والأنابيب، وكل جهاز يتغذى منه، بلا أملاح ولا مواد كيميائية ولا تعديل على السباكة. وهو ليس منتجًا لمعالجة الرطوبة الصاعدة، وليس جهاز تيسير مياه تقليديًا يعمل بالتبادل الأيوني.

آلية العمل

يرسل النظام ترددات مُتحكَّمًا بها عبر كابلات ملفوفة حول أنبوب المياه الرئيسي. وتؤثر هذه الترددات تأثيرًا فيزيائيًا في عملية التبلور، فتتكوّن الجسيمات المعدنية بشكل أدق وأقل التصاقًا، وتصبح الترسبات الصلبة أقل قدرة بكثير على التراكم على جدران الأنابيب وعناصر التسخين والوصلات. وتبقى المعادن موجودة في الماء. فلا يُضاف إليه شيء، ولا يُزال منه الكالسيوم والمغنيسيوم، ولا يتغير التركيب الكيميائي للماء.

التركيب

ركّب الوحدة بعد عدّاد المياه وبعد أي خزان تخزين وسيط. ويُلَفّ الكابل المرفق حول السطح الخارجي لأنبوب الدخول وفق ما هو محدد في التعليمات. ولا يُقطع الأنبوب ولا يُثقب ولا يُفتح أبدًا. وتتحقق أفضل النتائج على أنابيب البلاستيك التقني. وإذا كان أنبوب الدخول معدنيًا، فركّب مقطعًا مناسبًا من البلاستيك التقني للملف. ويجب أن تبقى الوحدة موصولة بالكهرباء باستمرار لكي تعمل المعالجة.

الصيانة

لا أملاح تحتاج إلى إعادة تعبئة، ولا مواد مستهلكة تحتاج إلى استبدال. وخلال الأسابيع الأولى من المعالجة، قد تحتاج الصنابير ورؤوس الدش إلى التنظيف مع مرور الترسبات المتفككة عبر الشبكة.

ما الذي يمكن توقعه

How it treats the water

This model treats limescale in the pipework. It acts on the water supply, not on walls, and it is not a rising damp unit.

  1. 01

    Fitted to the incoming main

    The unit is mounted beside the main water pipe and its cable is wound around the outside of it, after the water meter and after any storage tank. The pipe is never cut, drilled or opened.

  2. 02

    Permanently powered

    Connected to a standard 100–240 V supply through the supplied adaptor, drawing under one watt. It stays on.

  3. 03

    A signal is applied to the water

    The wound cable applies a low-power electro-physical signal to the water passing through the pipe. No salt and no chemicals are added, and nothing is taken out.

  4. 04

    Limescale forms differently

    The signal acts physically on the crystallisation process, so the mineral particles that form are finer and less adhesive. They build up less readily on pipework, heating elements and outlets. Existing deposits may detach gradually during the first period of use.

What it does not do

This unit treats limescale only. If any of these describes your situation, tell us and we will say so.

  • Not a rising damp treatment. It acts on the water supply and does nothing for a damp wall.
  • Not a salt-based softener. Calcium and magnesium remain present in the water, nothing is added and nothing is removed.
  • Not a filter. Deposits that loosen are carried to the outlets, so taps and shower heads may need cleaning during the first weeks.
  • Not effective unpowered. Treatment continues only while the unit is connected.

The action is progressive and depends on water hardness, pipe material, flow rate and the condition of the existing system. Results are best on technical plastic, and a plastic section is fitted where the inlet is metallic. The unit must remain continuously powered.

RDbox Limescale is warranted on its own terms. The unit carries a 5-year repair warranty and a 3-month satisfaction period. The 30-year term and the drying guarantee belong to the rising damp range and do not apply to a limescale product.

ماذا يتضمن التركيب؟

كم يستغرق التوصيل؟

مدة التوصيل من 2 إلى 3 أسابيع. تُصنَّع الوحدات في الاتحاد الأوروبي وتُشحن إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ونفضّل أن نذكر موعدًا واقعيًا بدلًا من موعد قصير. ويمكن لأحد المستشارين تأكيد مدة التوريد الحالية لطرازك ومقاسك عبر WhatsApp.

ما المقاس الذي أحتاج إليه؟

يُختار الطراز وفق قطر أنبوب المياه الرئيسي الداخل لديك، لا وفق مساحة الأرضية. وتغطي المقاسات الخمسة أنابيب رئيسية حتى 32 و56 و100 و160 و250 mm. أرسل إلينا القطر ومادة الأنبوب، وسنؤكد الطراز قبل أن تطلب.

هل يضيف أي شيء إلى الماء؟

لا. لا توجد أملاح ولا مواد كيميائية. ويبقى الكالسيوم والمغنيسيوم الموجودان طبيعيًا في المياه موجودَين فيها، فلا يُضاف شيء ولا يُزال شيء. فهذا ليس جهازًا لتنعيم المياه يعمل بالملح، وليس فلترًا.

ماذا يشمل الضمان؟
