ما الذي يعالجه

التركيب

How it treats the wall and the insects

This model treats rising damp, groundwater migrating upward through porous masonry by capillary action, and applies a second signal that disturbs crawling insects.

    Screwed to a suitable solid structural wall inside the treated area. Two fixing holes, the same as hanging a small cabinet.

    Connected to a standard 100–240 V supply through the supplied adaptor, drawing under one and a half watts. It stays on.

    The damp signal works in the masonry

    Microprocessor-controlled very-low-frequency electro-physical signals oppose capillary rise, and the wall dries from the top of the damp band downward.

  4. 04

    A second signal disturbs crawling insects

    Wave trains travel through the structure and disturb the crawling and ground-dwelling insects living in it, so the colony disperses rather than settling in the treated area.

What it does not do

If any of these describes your situation, this is the wrong purchase. Tell us and we will say so.

  • Not a treatment for condensation, which is an air, ventilation and heating problem.
  • Not a fix for an active leak. Pipes, tanks, gutters and roofs must be repaired first.
  • Nothing is killed on contact. The insect function disturbs and disperses crawling insects, it is not an insecticide.
  • No effect on flying insects, and entry points still need controlling.
  • Insects already established inside timber need conventional eradication first.
  • Not effective unpowered. Both functions continue only while the unit is connected.

Drying times depend on wall material, thickness, construction, initial moisture level and site conditions. Insect dispersal is typically seen within a week. The unit must remain continuously powered.

RDbox Duo is installed using two wall fixing holes, the same as the rest of the range. Its position is chosen so that both functions are covered: the damp signal works through the masonry it is fixed to, and the insect signal travels through the structure around it. No injections and no major building work are required, and nothing is sprayed, baited or left inside the property.

Once the wall is dry, salt-contaminated plaster may still need replacing, which is a finishing job done after the drying period. The insect function disturbs crawling and ground-dwelling insects rather than killing them, entry points still need controlling, and insects already established inside timber need conventional eradication first.

المدة المنشورة لهذا الطراز هي من ثلاثة إلى أربعة أشهر في الطوب المحروق أو البلوك الخرساني، وتصل إلى نحو تسعة أشهر في الجدران الصعبة.

تؤثر مادة الجدار وسماكته وطريقة بنائه ومدى رطوبته في البداية جميعها على هذا الرقم، لذا اعتبره رقمًا معتادًا لا وعدًا. ويجب أن تبقى الوحدة موصولة بالكهرباء طوال الوقت.

هل يعالج الرطوبة والحشرات في الوقت نفسه؟

نعم. RDbox Duo وحدة واحدة تؤدي وظيفتين ضمن الهيكل نفسه، بتركيب واحد ومصدر تغذية كهربائية واحد. تعاكس إشارة معالجة الرطوبة الصعود الشعري في الجدار المثبتة عليه الوحدة. وتنتقل إشارة ثانية عبر البنية المحيطة بها وتُزعج الحشرات الزاحفة والقاطنة في التربة، فتتفرق بدلًا من أن تستقر في المنطقة المُعالَجة.

تعمل الوظيفتان وفق أطر زمنية مختلفة. فعادةً ما يُلاحظ تفرّق الحشرات خلال أسبوع. أما الجفاف فيستغرق عادةً أقل من أربعة أشهر، بحسب مادة الجدار وسماكته وطريقة البناء ومستوى الرطوبة الأولي وظروف الموقع. ولا تعمل الوظيفتان إلا أثناء توصيل الوحدة بالكهرباء.

تُحدَّد التغطيتان بطريقتين مختلفتين. إذ تُختار تغطية الرطوبة وفق مساحة الطابق الأرضي أو القبو المُعالَجة. أما وظيفة مكافحة الحشرات فتغطي ما يصل إلى 500 m² من الوحدة الواحدة، ويمكن توسيع هذه المساحة لاحقًا باستخدام RDbox Insect Protect.

ماذا يتضمن التركيب؟

تركيب سهل: نقطتا تثبيت فقط، بلا حقن للجدار وبلا أعمال بناء كبيرة. تُثبَّت الوحدة على جدار صلب داخل المساحة المُعالَجة، على ارتفاع نحو 30 سم عن مستوى الأرضية وضمن متر واحد من المقبس، ثم تُترك موصولة بالتيار بشكل دائم.

كم يستغرق التوصيل؟

مدة التوصيل من 2 إلى 3 أسابيع. تُصنَّع الوحدات في الاتحاد الأوروبي وتُشحن إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ونفضّل أن نذكر موعدًا واقعيًا بدلًا من موعد قصير. ويمكن لأحد المستشارين تأكيد مدة التوريد الحالية لطرازك ومقاسك عبر WhatsApp.

ما المقاس الذي أحتاج إليه؟

تُختار المساحة المغطاة وفق مساحة الطابق الأرضي أو القبو المُعالَجة، لا وفق إجمالي مساحة أرضية المبنى. وإذا كنت بين مقاسين، فاختر الأكبر، أو أرسل لنا أرقامك وسنؤكدها قبل أن تطلب.

هل يستخدم أي مواد كيميائية؟

لا. لا يُحقن أي شيء في المبنى، ولا تُضاف إليه أي جرعات أو مواد. تُطلق الوحدة إشارة كهرومغناطيسية ذات تردد منخفض جدًا، وتعمل باستمرار باستهلاك منخفض جدًا للطاقة. والقيمة الخاصة بهذا الطراز مذكورة في المواصفات الفنية أدناه.

ما الحشرات التي يغطيها؟

النمل الأبيض والصراصير والنمل وغيرها من الحشرات الزاحفة والقاطنة في التربة التي تتحرك عبر البنية المُعالَجة.

لا يُقتل شيء عند الملامسة: بل تتعرض الحشرات للإزعاج فتتفرق. والحشرات الطائرة خارج نطاق التغطية، أما الحشرات المستقرة بالفعل داخل الخشب فتحتاج إلى إبادة تقليدية أولًا.

ماذا يشمل الضمان؟

أمران منفصلان. تحمل الوحدة ضمان إصلاح لمدة 30 عامًا. ويُغطّى محوّل الطاقة والقابس المرفقان معها بضمان لمدة سنتين.

أما ضمان التجفيف فهو منفصل ويغطي النتيجة. وهو مشمول مع هذا الطراز وفق شروط منشورة: التركيب والتشغيل وفق الدليل، والإبقاء على التشغيل المستمر، وأخذ القراءات عند نقطتين وتقديمها خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الفاتورة، بواسطة RD Scan أو بطريقة القياس الوزني. ولا تُقبل أجهزة قياس الرطوبة التلامسية.

هل يعالج التكاثف أو التسرب؟

لا. فهو يعالج الرطوبة الصاعدة: المياه الجوفية التي تصعد عبر البناء الحجري بفعل الخاصية الشعرية. أما التكاثف والتسربات النشطة فمشكلات مختلفة تحتاج إلى أعمال مختلفة. وإذا لم تكن متأكداً مما لديك، فأرسل لنا صورة.
